This pattern is for my Mini Top Hat. You can make them out of Bulky yarn or two strands or worsted for the 4 inch size. Or you can use just one strand or worsted to make it even smaller. This can be used for sooooo many things. Make into a hair clip or add to headband, make a pet hat, a doll hat, use as a centerpiece….the possiblilities are endless. They work up quick and are very easy to make!!
