The Beanie pattern is inspired by the Tulips in Poland and hence the name Tulipan.

The pattern carries both written as well as chart instructions. The colorwork used is both Stranded and mosaic.

Notions:
Knitting Needles: Size 3mm and 4mm, Wire length at least 40” (100 cm) for magic loop, or double pointed needle as preferred. Substitute size as necessary to obtain gauge and Tapestry needle for finishing up. A marker to mark the beginning of the round (optional)

Yarn Information: Yarn used is DK weight. 50/50 acrylic/ wool
Small – total approx. 55gm (approx. 116meter yardage)- (Red Yarn - 5gms, Green Yarn - 8gms, White yarn - 42gms)
Medium– total approx. 67gms (approx. 141meter yardage)- (Red Yarn - 7gms, Green Yarn - 10gms, White yarn - 50gms)
Large– total approx. 81gms (approx. 179meter yardage) )- (Red Yarn - 9gms, Green Yarn - 12gms, White yarn - 60gms)

Gauge:
3mm needle – 5.5 sts & 6.5 rows = 1” in stockinette stitch
4mm needle – 4.5 sts & 5.5 rows = 1” in stockinette stitch
