  1. A clarification was included for the number of heel and inseam stitches you should have when you start round 2 of the heel.
  2. There was an error on the number of repeats of Round 2 for the heel.
  3. All ch 1 stitches were removed from heel. Since this is such a small project, less stitches is the better option.

General description of this project:

This miniature sock design is worked toe-up. It is worked in the round with the right side facing at all times until you begin working the heel. The heel is completed using short rows, for which you crochet to the end of a row and then turn. Once the heel is complete, you will continue to work the leg and cuff in the round with the right side facing.

There is only one mini size in to pattern but you may change the size of your outcome by using a thicker yarn and a larger needle. Of course, the pattern could be altered by using more stitches for your foot circumference, but the pattern has not been tested for those changes.

I have tested the pattern with 4-ply yarns (75% merino/25% nylon or 80% BFL/20% nylon). But since this is for decorative purposes, you might try a fingering weight acrylic or polyester yarn.

The entire sock can be made with almost 4 grams (or 2 grams each of coordinating colors).
