Minimalism Shawl
In a world that constantly pushes for more – more things, more goals, more achievements, the Minimalism Shawl is reminding us of different times: making space for what really matters, finding joy in the ordinary, finding peace in a quiet moment and making the conscious decision to slow down.
The shawl is worked with only knit and slip stitches – and it is part of the “no purl in sight” series (see also the Nautilus Shawl).
The Minimalism Shawl is an asymmetric shallow triangle shawl, worked sideways, starting from one point and gradually increasing along one edge, while at the same time decreasing at the other edge.
Colour 1 and Colour 2 are held together throughout.
Increases and decreases are worked on the RS only.
SIZE
One size
The length of the shawl can be adjusted by working more (or less) repeats of the slip-stitch pattern.
