Gauge
18 sts and 24 rows = 4” in St st, blocked; 18 sts and 36 rows = 4” in Gtr st, blocked. Take time to save time, check your gauge.

Notes
Both the dress and top are worked from the yoke down to the lower edge. The yoke is worked back and forth in rows, then the ends of the yoke are overlapped to complete the placket. Stitches are bound off for the cap sleeves and the skirt is worked in the round to lower edge.
