Learn to knit your new friend Minnie the Mince Pie, complete with an adorable face, little legs, pastry star and the cutest holly leaves and berries. This Jellycat style toy is so quick and easy to make. Everything is knitted flat using simple stitches, and all pieces are sewn together at the end. They make a great handmade gift that is perfect for Christmas!
Your finished mince pie will measure around 15cm tall (including legs) and 12cm wide. This is a fun project for beginner to intermediate level knitters.
Gauge: not needed

You will need:
3.25mm knitting needles (US size 3, Uk size 10)
Less than 100g of DK weight yarn in Beige, Dark Brown, Red, Green and a tiny amount of Black
Toy stuffing
8mm safety eyes
Yarn needle
Scissors
