This cowl was designed after a friend of mine who spent most of the winter of 2014 at the hospital with her 1 year old daughter as she underwent multiple heart surgeries. This cowl is perfect to pull up over your mouth and keep the cold out of both your neck and chest. A must accessory for those cold winter days and nights.
