This is a simple, modular crochet project, easy to take with you and work on in brief moments of time. At the same time, because each square takes so little time to do, you might find yourself saying, “Just one more square!” late into the night.

Instructions are provided for the shawl as pictured, using fingering weight yarn. I’ve also provided suggestions for larger sizes and other weights of yarn.
