I was trying to make a sample from only one skein of this yarn. I wanted something with texture. Slip stitches always add a little more interest to a striping yarn and are easy to do. Danube has the same yardage as Noro Kureyon or Silk Garden. Either of these are perfect substitutes to use with this pattern.
