Mochi Bear
This pattern guides you through creating a Mochi Bear using a flat construction method. The bear is worked in two identical flat panels, shaped with increases and decreases to form the head and body. The panels are then joined together and lightly stuffed for a soft, plush finish.
This is not an amigurumi pattern.
The shaping is achieved entirely through structured rows worked back and forth, making it approachable for confident beginners.
The finished bear is perfect as:
A keychain or bag charm
A decorative plush
A nursery accent
A handmade gift
FINISHED SIZE
Size will vary depending on yarn and tension.
Using the recommended materials, the bear measures approximately 3 inches tall.
