Tired of trying to pool and not have the colors line up or work out? Tired of wanting a pool effect in certain colors and not being able to find them?
Well, here is the answer. This is a graph based on the look of two colors pooling. If you have done a graphgan before you can do this mock color pooling. If you haven’t done a graphgan before, no worries it isn’t too hard.
You can use any two colors of yarn and brand you want. You can use any hook size to get the size of that baby blanket you want. You can choose to do this in sc, dc, hdc, tss, or whatever strikes your fancy.
No more complicated calculations on how to figure out the color repeats and when to do the turning chain. Just follow the graph and enjoy. No more frogging and frogging.
Using a J hook and 500-600 yds. of worsted weight yarn, the 100 X 100 graph will produce a square baby blanket.
The diamonds are 30 stitches wide and 30 stitches high.
