Spincycle Dream State yarn is the inspiration for this simple, modern poncho.

My first published pattern. I recruited my daughters for my first ever knit photo shoot. In my front yard in New Hampshire, on a humid summer evening, dressed in wool ponchos, swatting mosquitoes. One daughter is behind the camera, one is with me and the commentary that the 3rd offered had us laughing the whole time. Hopefully you can see the poncho too. :)

A perfect layering piece. A relaxed neckline, with a finished length just to the elbow this piece flatters women of all sizes.

It is a simple knit and here in the shop, it has become a first color-work and/or first short row piece for several of our confident beginners or recent Learn to Knit graduates.
