This is a modular skirt pattern with an unusual construction. Scallops are worked which are then joined together by vertical panels, then a waistband is added. It is a wrap-around skirt fastened with buttons but could easily be adapted to be a straight A line skirt.

Due to the modular nature of the pattern this skirt could be worked to any size. Gauge is not as important as it would be for some garments due to the modular nature of the skirt. Obviously yarn quantities would vary and it is suggested that there is adequate yarn available for the project.

Since publication of this pattern in Yarn Magazine Noro Silk Garden Lite is no longer being produced so a similar weight of 8/10 Ply yarn is suggested.
