4ply/fingering weight version is out now -- Nov 2011 and thanks to Jacka, an early version errata has been identified and corrected! Thank you Jacka. This is a case of editing not coinciding with brain and keyboard! The translation from 3ply to 4ply version was tricky, requiring new charts and all sorts of fun. Questions?
