Soft as a cloud and light as air, this mohair crochet shawl feels almost weightless when you wear it. The simple triangle wrap works up quickly, yet the finished piece looks delicate and elegant.

You can use any airy mohair or mohair blend yarn with a hook size between US K–M (5–8 mm).
I crocheted my sample with Drops Kid-Silk Mohair and a US K/10.5 (6.5 mm) hook.
One skein (230 yds / 210 m) makes a small triangular shawlette or scarf, while two skeins create a full-size shawl like the one shown here.

Skill level: Easy – perfect for relaxing crochet.
The pattern includes a stitch diagram, row-by-row written instructions and photos to guide you along the way.

Happy crocheting!
