This is part three of my warm hats for cold climates series inspired by the Canadian landscape. The Moira slouch is inspired by Belleville Ontario and is named for the beautiful Moira River. This slouch will keep you warm, with a touch of class reminiscent of Belleville’s early days.

Other materials needed: 3 or more small buttons and a yarn needle.
