Companion to the All You Need Is… mittens, these warm & cozy cuff-down socks are a hug for your feet. Wear them around the house or with clogs.

This sock incorporates several various techniques (two color braids, corrugated ribbing, cables) but options are given for simpler socks. Either way these knit up quickly into a lovely gift for Mom, other family members, friends….yourself….

Finished size: Women’s sm/med & med/lg. Can also accommodate men’s small. Make the socks longer or shorter to accommodate a shorter or longer foot.

Notions: stitch marker(s), tapestry needle, cable needle

Skills/techniques: Cabling, reading charts, knitting in the round, simple stranded knitting. Instructions given for a two color cast on & Vikkel braids, as well as list of further references. Instructions not specific to DPNs, 2 circs or Magic Loop.
