This is a beautiful feminine shawl that is perfect for the new or inexperienced knitter, or an experienced knitter who is looking for a pattern that doesn’t involve a lot of counting.

This pattern can easily be altered to make a scarf or a wider shawl, and it can be made all in one colour, in colour-blocks, or in stripes of colour.

Any size yarn can be used. The shawl in the photos was made with 3 skeins of DK/light worsted 100% pima cotton from CreekGarden Crafts, and 5.5mm needles were used.
