Mon Ami is a loosely knit shawl.
Using 4 different colored yarns you will accieve a fun effect.

A lot of shapes & pieces in this fun shawl.

Yarn:
knit w fingering yarn you can get alot of different looks on this shawl. Use 4 skeins like I did or why not just use up all your left overs?
I used:

A:

  • 1 Opal 2112
  • 425 meter// 100 gr / skein
  • Rec gauge on band - 2.00 - 3.00 mm // 30 m // 10 cm B:
  • 1 Malabrigo Sock 85
  • 402 meter// 100 gr / skein
  • Rec gauge on band - 2.25 - 3.25 mm // 32 m // 10 cm

C:

  • 1 hand dyed thin wool fr Canada
  • 425 meter// 100 gr / skein
  • Rec gauge on band - 2.00 - 3.00 mm // 30 m // 10 cm

D:

  • 1 KnitPicks 23692
  • 425 meter// 100 gr / skein
  • Rec gauge on band - 2.00 - 3.00 mm // 30 m // 10 cm

These yarns would also do well:
Opal, Frost, Fabel, MiniRaggi, Malabrigo Sock, KnitPicks Sock

I would really like to recomend alot of solids, or a mix of
solids & multicolored, applied were advised.

Color A - 100 gr // 420 m
A good contrast to color B
Color B - 100 gr // 420 m
A good contrast to color A
Color C - 100 gr // 420 m
A beautiful color that stands out, not to multicolored

Color D - 50 gr // 210 m
A solid color
