Go in your stash and mix up your favourite colours!! This is a stash buster project. It’s super quick, fun and beautiful all at once.

I used worsted weight yarn from one of my favourite local compagnie Custom Woolen Mills Ltd, but options are endless you can use lighter weight yarn for more of a fall mitten or double up yarn to make it thicker, it’s time to get creative!

Living in a climate where there is snow on the ground at least 4 months of the year, there is nothing better than bundling up in a cozy knit. These mittens are inspired by the Monashee’s, a year-round, snow-capped mountain range that peaks at me from my front window. The build as simple as it gets but full of little features to keep things interesting throughout the knit. These adorable mittens are a great quick-knit suitable for a gift, or your own two hands!
