The finished monkey measures approximately 28.5cm (11¼in) tall.
The finished cardigan measures approximately 10cm (4in) wide, from shoulder to lower edge of rib and 8.5cm (3⅜in) sleeve seam.

The majority of the monkey is crocheted using 4ply and lace-weight yarns held together. The limbs are joined so they can swing backwards and forwards, and the hands, feet and tail are poseable with the addition of pipe cleaners.

The cardigan is crocheted in rows, featuring decorative eyelets on the raglan shaping and ribbing at the lower edges of the fronts, back and sleeves. The garment is finished with four small buttons and an optional collar.

I used Drops Alpaca and Drops Kid Silk for the monkeys and their cardigans.
Each monkey uses approximately 10g of Drops Alpaca for the face, ears, hands and feet.
For the rest of the head, body, limbs and tail, approximately 30g of Drops Alpaca and 15g of Drops Kid Silk held together.
The cardigan with a collar uses approximately 30g of Drops Alpaca.
The cardigan without a collar uses approximately 10g of Drops Kid Silk.
