Monocacy Mist Shawlette
Like mist over the river, this little shawl drapes over your shoulders to take away the chill. The beaded border glistens like drops of heavy dew in the morning. This shawlette is worked from the bottom up to the top. It started with a beaded cast on, works through 2 charts decreasing stitches gradually. Then a short row section of garter ridge eyelets are worked. The shawlette is topped off with a last garter stitch eyelet border again decreasing stitches so that the neckline lays nice and flat. Two sizes are offered. The wider one can be worn in more ways, but does take more yarn and
beads to complete.
