The monster Heartland Raglan, is a sweater that is inspired by the care-bears.
It’s a top down raglan pullover with a full ribbing neck. The hood is attached below the neck. So it’s not considered as a hoodie. The sweater is fully knitted as a pullover with a hood as an extra.

The pattern comes with 3 charts. 1 is a cute silly 3 eyed monster and there are 2 hearts for you to decide the size of heart that you’d like.
You can do the chart on purl stitches or you can change the colour to do stranded colourwork.

The ears are crocheted and sewn to the hood. There is a full video tutorial for it. And there’s a video for picking up the correct stitches for the hood.

This is the perfect project for someone’s first garment. While doing the chart on purl stitches. Using colourwork this is again the perfect beginner stranded colourwork pattern. It’s very fast due to the super bulky yarn and the 15mm needles.
