Designed for 2 strands worsted weight yarn held together, the pattern also includes a worsted weight version.

LOTS of features are in the pattern so you can build your own monster.

Poncho with hood or headband for sizes Toddler, Child 2-4, Child 5-8
Wings (would make a great angel poncho too!)
Pointed and square teeth
Eyes, nose and mouth
One BIG eye, as shown in sample
Cone horns, spikey horns, spikes in different sizes
“Arms”
“Hair”

The poncho is very pretty without the features too. A picot edging is included in the pattern.
