I knew I wanted to take this opportunity to create a knit version of my popular Montgomery Street Crochet Shawl. Like the crochet version, you can make this is big or as small as you want to suit your style. I know people who have made several in various sizes and colors and just love this both simple and stylish pattern.

You can add as many rows as you want before the finish picot trim row but will need more yarn.

Finished measurements: 38” x 22” x 22” / 12” long at spine

*** Gauge is not particularly important for this pattern. It matters more to have a fabric that you will like. It is meant to be stitched loosely.
