Capture a moment in time by knitting a mood blanket that’s unique to you! Mood blankets can begin at any time and last as long as you need, however, this pattern is written to be worked over a period of 6 months. Mood blankets are a great way to document special times. Expecting a baby? Stitch a row every day until baby arrives. Planning a wedding? Count down the days with a mood blanket!

NOTES
1. Blanket is worked along the length (sts) with the finished width of the blanket being 360 rows (180 days).

  1. Yardage required for each color will vary based on your moods! Feel free to choose more of the colors that best represent you.

  2. When working to gauge, each ball of yarn is enough for about 28 rows (or 14 days).

  3. You will work 2 rows per day, but cut yarn at the end of every row.

  4. Embrace the fringe! You have two options, either cut your yarn at the end of every row and start with a new strand and then knot together and trim into fringe at the end (this is how pattern is written). Or you can go fringe-free and opt to weave in all your ends. Just remember there’s going to be a lot of them!

  5. Blanket uses approx. 14 balls of Color Theory yarn when worked at gauge.
