Celebrate your many phases of life with the Moon Ruana. I have always been a look at the night sky kind of girl so it only made sense to make something to wrap up in on those chilly nights staring up at the sky! Make one for yourself or a friend and take some time today to look at the stars! This pattern is worked up by first making the central colorwork panel of moon phases, then 2 side panels to seam along the central panel.

Supplies:

  • Furls Hook I (5.5mm)
  • 1526 yds Worsted weight yarn in black (7 balls Brava Worsted Asphalt Heather)
  • 100 yds Worsted weight yarn in grey (1 ball Brava Worsted Dove Heather, i did not use much of the skein)

Measurements:
about 25” from the neck to the bottom edge.
about 34” inches wide across the back

Gauge:
Colorwork: 15 rows x 15 st = 4” x 4”
