Mosaic Interlace Dishcloths
Note: This pattern is for mosaic (slip-stitch) knitting, not mosaic crochet. It contains four charts, with only general instructions. You must know how to work mosaic knitting to work the pattern.
• I designed these patterns for dishcloths, but they can easily be incorporated into larger pieces. The interlace dishcloths are quick and easy to make, and ideal for gifts that are practical and beautiful.
• The samples were made with worsted weight yarn and size 7 (4.5 mm) knitting needles. The dishcloths measure about 6 inches wide and 7 inches tall.
• For a firmer foundation, be sure to knit the first two and last two rows. Also knit the first and last stitches of every row.
I hope you enjoy working with these charts as much as I enjoyed creating them.
Happy knitting!
Elizabeth
