This modern leaf design washcloth is worked with traditional Mosaic technics.
The pattern comes with the Mosaic chart which was established by Barbara G. Walker in the late 1960’s.
Following the Mosaic chart is very different from normal color chart.
Although once you learn the rules of the Mosaic chart, it is super easy and so much fun!
(The pattern includes “how to read Mosaic Chart” instructions.)

Yarn
Any worsted machine washable cotton yarn works.
The yardage above is a total of 3 colors
Cream - 50 yards
Dark Green - 25 yards
Light Green - 10 yards
Needles
US #5 needles.
I prefer to use straight needles since you can see the stitches clearly on the needle. Although 24” long circular needles work fine too.

Additional info
It is very easy to adapt the chart for wider or longer washcloth.
