Mosi Mosi is my nickname for Emma, my daughter. It is a made up word that, in our own imagination, envelops the concept of beautiful, lovely, fun and cuddly. This word immediately came to mind when I was designing this shawl since it’s so squishy and warm, and it gives you the opportunity to play with color - one of my favorite things. It is also very easy and quick to knit, even the brioche section! So, pick up some of your favorite yarn colors and have some fun knitting Mosi Mosi!

You will need:

YARN
Main color (Color A): 230 grams/500 yards of your preferred DK weight yarn.
Sample used ChileKnitz Squishy DK, ideally a speckled color, 2 skeins (115 gr/250 yards per skein)

Contrasting Color B: 83gr/180 yards of your preferred DK weight Yarn.
Sample used 83 gr of 1 Skein of ChileKnitz Squishy DK in a contrasting color (115 gr/250 yards per skein)

Contrasting Color C: 62gr/134 yards of your preferred DK weight yarn.
Sample used 62gr of 1 Skein of ChileKnitz Squishy DK (115 gr/250 yards per skein)

NEEDLES
4.5 mm (US 7) 100 cm (40”) circular needle

GAUGE
Gauge is not important for this project but you do need to adjust needle size if you will use heavier weight yarn.
