About
This is a second design in the moss and twig series. There is a pattern for fingerless mittens. Matching hat was only a matter of time. It’s so very satisfying when everything comes together and brings joy. Don’t you think?

The moss and twig hat has a slouchy fit; it is knitted in the round with either fingering weight yarn held double (to match the mittens) or in aran / heavy worsted weight yarn. Is slouchy hat not your thing? Knit it few centimetres / couple of inches shorter for a beanie fit, you’ll need less yarn.

To fit 56cm /22” head circumference

31cm / 12” from cast on to top of crown
