multiple size blanket

Knit loved ones this beautiful cozy blanket using only simple knit and purl stitches.

Perfect to knit as a gift for a soon to be arriving baby, that can be kept and treasured for years.

The pattern has a simple moss stitch to the edge- with large scaled repeating moss stich chevron design.

The baby sized pattern (cast on 111), approximately needs around 150gm of wool, based on using 4mm needles, double yarn and will measure approx. 22x22” when completed. This pattern includes instructions on how to increase the size of the blanket.

This pattern only uses knit and purl stitches- however is more advanced than beginner owing to the intricacy of the pattern.

Tension
Stocking Stitch: 22 sts = 10cms/4 inches. 28 rows = 10cms/ 4 inches.

You will need to know the 4 most common knitting techniques; how to cast on, knit, purl and cast off.
