For this pattern I used a mix of yarns (leftover yarn).

For bags I would recommend to use a yarn that’s not too stretchy. For instance cotton. Of course you can still use any yarn you’ll like, but keep in mind that the yarn choice will have a lot of influence on the stretch of the bag.

Tip: When making crochet bags. Add fabric inside. This will also help a lot with the stretch and makes it suitable to carry heavier items.

The pattern is adjustable to any size you like. In the pattern I’ll tell you how to do that. I will also mention what I did for my bag.

You can use any yarn and hook you prefer. If using a thicker or thinner yarn than I did, the result can look different from the pictures.

You can use any amount of colors you want. I do recommend to use at least 3 colors. This will really make the stitch pattern pop.
