FREE Knitting Pattern

A fun project to make a custom made Mossy Hat to fit the 20cm/8” ‘Little Tearoom Bears’
(see links below for bear knitting patterns)

2 versions of the pattern are available to download.

Method 1 … To work ‘in the round’ on Double Pointed Knitting Needles.

Method 2 … To work ‘back & forth’ on 2 Single Pointed Knitting Needles.

Detailed instructions included and lots of photographs to assist along the way.

Notes
The little Hat is hand ‘fulled’ on completion which is a really quick but effective process producing a lovely ‘felted’ appearance. (Instructions included in the pattern)

• Jamieson’s of Shetland ‘Spindrift’ is recommended to achieve this finish (the heather/marled shades produce a particularly lovely result) It’s important to use yarn containing 100% animal fibre if substituting.

Yarn Amounts
Only approximately 5g of yarn required.

Very quick to knit.
