This cuff-down sock with a heel flap features moth stranded colour work. Multiple options are included to craft your own individual moth socks. These socks were inspired by my Death’s Head Hawkmoth tattoo. Symbolising transformation and metamorphosis these moths are found in a number of horror films and books and are a popular symbol within goth and alternative culture.

Inspired by Dungeons and Dragons, fantasy and RPGs the pattern includes an optional dice game to randomise the design and colours. Will you play the moth adventure and roll the dice to decide the design and colours of your socks?
