motherwort is a member of the mint family, but this particular cousin does a whole lot more than just freshen your breath. use this plant in tincture form to settle an anxious heart. used by the ancient greeks during pregnancy, this plant literally translates to “mother’s herb.” combine it with rose quartz essence for a soothing heart opener.
