This hat features the Thorn Pattern from Barbara Walker’s A Second Treasury of Knitting Patterns. Knit with worsted weight yarn in two color ways, the hat is a great way to blend the colors of yarns with long color changes. The model is knit with two color ways of Classic Elite’s Liberty Wool, which has long and gradual color changes; this hat would also be beautiful knit with two contrasting solid colors or a solid and a highly contrasting tonal or variegated yarn.
