Sizes: The written pattern is for a baby-size blanket, with instructions included to make sizes ranging from Lovey to King Size.
Skill Level: Beginner
Yarn: Color Theory by Lion Brand, Worsted weight yarn, category 4.
Needles: 6 mm with a 32” cable or longer.
Construction: This blanket is worked flat. We begin with the bottom border, then set aside a few stitches on each side so we can keep knitting the border while working on the main body. The body is knit by switching colours every few rows, and with a mix of knit and purl stitches, we create little textures that resemble mountains (hence the name!). Once we’ve finished all the rows for the size we’re making, we move on to the top border, then it’s time to cast off and enjoy your cozy blanket!

You can find the baby size pattern for free on my blog, with ads, at cjdesignblog.com (the free version does not include instructions to make more sizes )
