Our MOUTON NOIR (Black Sheep) hat might just be the easiest, coziest winter accessory you will ever knit. Made with just one skein of gorgeous hand-dyed BOUCLE yarn from Julie Asselin, it’s worked straight up in stockinette in-the-round from cast-on to the beginning of crown decreases. When the knitting is finished, the brim is created by folding the fabric up from the cast-on edge and tacking it in place with four simple stitches at evenly spaced intervals. Et voilà,the softest most comfortable hat you could ask for. And stylish to boot!
