A draw-string storage bag to protect your small mp3-player from the content of your handbag. The pattern is based it on a SanDisc Sansa Clip mp3-player (ca 6x3.5x1.5 cm or 2.25x1.5x0.75 in) with plenty of room for the ear buds and cable.

The bag is knitted in the round, using the method of your choice (2 stitch markers are used to keep your place). Any soft leftover sock yarn can be used and tension is not crucial, as you can adjust the length of the bag as needed. Double yarn overs are used to create larger holes for the cord to run through.

Techniques used: knitting in the round, knit stitch, ssk (slip as if to knit, slip as if to knit, knit together through back loops), k2tog (knit two together), yarn over, cast on and bind off. The bottom of the bag is sewed together using a horizontal stitch to stitch seam. A twist cord is made to tie up the bag, but any string would do.

The pattern includes written instructions only.
