Mr Chicken is 27 cm / 10.6 inches tall

I used the following materials :

CROCHET HOOK : 2.0 mm

YARN : Mercerized cotton yarn

SEWING THREAD/EMBROIDERY FLOSS : Crochet together with the base color yarn to create the texture of the wings and feathers.

COLORS I USED : Main color (approx. 70 g), red, yellow, and a little black.

WIRE( 1.2 mm ) : 2 pieces of 40 cm ( 15.5 inches ) for the legs.
For feathers: 1 piece of 10-12 cm( 5 inches ), 1 piece of 13-14 cm ( 5.5 inches ), 1 piece of 15-16 cm (6 inches ).

ACRYLIC PAINT OR NAIL POLISH : I painted the claws with acrylic paint – this is not optional.

HOBBY GLUE OR FLOWER TAPE : Clear hobby glue. However, if you have floral tape at home, you can also use it to cover the wire legs.

FILLING : I used polyester.
