These mitts for a man were made on double pointed needles using yarn leftover from another project. You will need approx. 50 yds of each color to make the mitts. The thumb opening is simple buttonhole- I recommend using the one-row buttonhole to make a smooth and hole-free opening.
My Mr. Mitt wears these over a set of lightweight gloves, or alone when we are walking the dog.
For a smaller size use a size 8 or 9 needle.
