Cute Kid’s Blanket for Christmas or whenever!

I don’t know about you guys, but my daughter likes Christmas things all year round and it’s still cold after Christmas. I made this blanket for her because she won’t wear a sheet or a blanket even when it gets cold outside.

For this project I used Heartland yarn from Lion Brand Yarn. This yarn is “inspired by the natural beauty of the American landscape”, and it’s a super soft acrylic. The colors are sooooo beautiful, they really do make you think of mountains, prairies, and oceans white with foam. :}

The edging is not necessary but I liked the White/Multi yarn so much I used up on the edging. It’s a very pretty sparkling yarn that’s easy to work with.
