(The yarn is knitted double throughout.)

Circular needles size 4.5 mm (40 and 80 cm), size 6 mm (40 and 80 cm)
Double-pointed needles size 4.5 mm and 6 mm
Accessories stitch markers (PM), measuring tape, scissors, tapestry needle for weaving in ends, stitch holders or scrap yarn
Gauge
13 sts x 20 rows = 10 x 10 cm in stockinette stitch on 6 mm needles
Always check your gauge. Change needle size if needed.
Use smaller needles if you have too few stitches per 10 cm, and larger needles if you have too many.
Method & Style
The body and sleeves are knit in the round, starting at the bottom of the body. The sleeves are then joined to the body at the underarm, and the yoke is knit in the round.
The beginning of the round for the yoke is at the back left where the sleeve and body join.
Note that the sweater does not have a traditional ribbed hem, but a folded picot hem.
