The Muddy Mitts allow you to explore nature while keeping your hands warm! Knit from the cuff up to the fingers, they have a simple construction suitable for beginners. The broken rib stitch provides texture and some entertainment. The rolled hem on the cuff and the rib on the fingers ensure good fitting and add a bit of details. These mitts are a great first project or a way to bust some of your stash of sock yarn.

The mitts come in one size (17 cm at the palm circumference) but are easily adjustable to different hand sizes. You can try them on as you knit them and see if they fit!

You will need less than 50 grams of sock yarn for the short version, 2mm needles or required to obtain gauge, scrap yarn, scissor and tapestry needle.

This is the first pattern I write, so suggestions, comments, questions and critics are more than welcome!
