Simple stitching showcases the various shades of mauve in this yarn while simple lacework down the center makes the look of the shawl (and knitting it) a bit more interesting.

It is knit from the bottom up, increasing on either side until the desired length and width are reached.

Instructions are provided in written format as well as a chart.

While Shawl in a Ball Stripes is the yarn used for this project, any similar weight yarn would work.

Note that the needle size was increased from the recommendation. Not only will it work up even quicker on larger needles, it has more drape. Snuggle down!
