Mulm
The Mulm sweater is worked seamlessly from the top down and comes in two looks: a short-sleeve, lightly cropped version with 1 x 1 rib edges, and a long-sleeve, standard length version with 2 x 2 rib edges. You begin by casting on stitches for the high collar and proceed to the yoke after the collar is finished.
The textured stripes are worked across the yoke and body, and on the sleeves for the long-sleeve version. The increases in the circular yoke are worked in the MC stockinette stitch sections between the stripes. After the yoke is complete, the stitches are divided for sleeves and body, which are all finished separately.
The collar is loose and tall — wear it scrunched around your neck or fold it down into itself for a relaxed turtleneck look. You can choose to do as in the pattern and work the 1 x 1 rib on the short-sleeve version and the 2x2 rib on the long- sleeve, or vice versa. Just make sure you use the same kind of rib on all edges for a uniform look.
