Sometimes you just need some big juicy cables!! That is what Murray is all about. The interesting yoke shape, the chunky yarn and the cables all make for a very fun knit! I used Ikigai Fiber Chibi Paka Chunky for the sample. It is a new yarn by Pam Powers and is fabulous to knit with, so soft with great stitch definition. And the color palette is very pleasing to the eye!

Notes:
This sweater is worked in the round from the top down. The yoke is shaped primarily by increasing stitches for the body only; the sleeve stitches remain constant once the set up rounds are complete. The first set of increases is worked within the charts, then additional increases are worked at the Front and Back. The body is worked straight from underarm to hem, then the sleeves are worked in the round from underarm to cuff. The body and sleeve length can be adjusted. There are pictures below that show the ribbing starting on different rows within the diamond shaped cable. Going from left to right: 1. Ending on Row 10 or 28 of Body Chart 2 or Row 11 of Sleeve Chart. 2. Ending on Row 4 or 22 of Body Chart 2 or Row 29 of Sleeve Chart. 3. Ending on Row 14 or 32 of Body Chart or Row 15 of sleeve Chart. The neckline can tend to be wide on this design. If a more tighter neckline is desired or if using heavy yarn cast on and work the ribbing in a smaller needle size.
