This beret’s design was inspired by amanita muscaria, or the fly agaric mushroom. It features white spots sewn onto a red base, meant to mimic the warts on the cap of fly agaric. The bottom of the hat is textures to resemble the gills on the underside of the mushroom.

This hat is worked in the round, the top and bottom are one piece worked in two colors, and the spots are made separately and sewn on.
