The perfect place to stash woodland treasure! Designed with curious little explorers in mind, this bag is a great addition to any hike or out play gear, stuffed with acorns, stones, and tufts of moss, or even out and about in town with a few small toys tucked inside.
The mushroom cap slides up the strap to access the inside, then slides back down to keep little goodies from falling out along the way.

The bag pieces are worked with worsted weight yarn held double, on size US 10/6 mm needles.
The pieces are then felted to make a stiffer solid fabric that holds it’s 3D shape.
The pattern includes directions for felting, and tips for both hand and machine felting.
French knots are worked in the cap to create the iconic Amanita dotted cap, a video link to how to work french knots is included in the pattern.

The finished bag measures (not including the strap):
SM-7”/18 cm
ML-9”/23 cm
